University of Maribor cordially invites to attend the Out of the Box Conference entitled "Interdisciplinary ways to improve the culture of living", taking place at the University of Maribor, Slovenia on 15 - 17 May 2012.  In the context of this conference, aimed at discussing our culture of living from different aspects and disciplines, we also wish to review the vision and mission of higher education in the scope of development of human culture in the world, especially in this year, as Maribor is European Capital of Culture 2012.
